I'm an intuitive energy healer trained in both ThetaHealing® and Reiki. I also work part-time in disability support.

Born and raised in South Africa, my path has been anything but linear! Over the years I've worn many professional hats and travelled widely, following my curiosity wherever it called. Life, along with my innate desire to learn through experience, taught me to embrace change and continual growth.

My journey into healing began as a personal quest. As a mother, I lived through periods of depression, homelessness, estrangement and addiction. It was through these dark nights of the soul that I came to discover the very tools and practices I now offer to others.

I believe in the quiet magic of life and thrive on those moments of epiphany when something hidden becomes clear and a new layer of understanding is revealed.

I enjoy exploring numerology and astrology and how it reflects the cosmos within us and am endlessly fascinated by Tarot and its connection to Prof. Carl Jung’s psychology.
